Good Morning Astros! Here are today's announcements for athletics and clubs.

This week is Red Ribbon Week. On Tuesday, wear your favorite jersey. On Wednesday, wear your pajamas. On Thursday, wear neon. On Friday, wear red to show your support for a drug free life. There will be a school picture on the baseball field during flex for everyone who wears red! Since this year’s theme is Life is a Movie Film Drug Free, all flex groups are invited to compete in a PSA film contest. There are prizes for the 3 best PSA’s! Next week, sign the pledge to live drug free! Check out the Red Ribbon Week table in the cafeteria to sign the pledge. Everyone who signs the pledge will be entered into a raffle for a prize. 

Debate Club is having their first meeting on Today, October 22nd, at 2:15pm after school in Room Z-432. 

The Elementary Spanish Program is having a meeting today at 2:15pm at Room 204.

The first STEM Club meeting on October 24th at 2:10pm in Room 6-210 of the Academy Building.

FBLA will be selling candy grams during lunches from Tuesday, October 15th to Friday, October 25th. We´ll distribute your candy grams during flex from October 28th to October 31st! All profits from this fundraiser will be donated to the American Cancer Society Road To Recovery® program, which provides free rides to cancer-related medical appointments.

Juniors who are eligible received an email with the application to apply for NHS. There is an optional information meeting on Monday, October 28th in the Academy Lecture Hall at 2:15pm.  All applications must be submitted back to Mrs. Lemire no later than Friday, November 15th at 2:30pm.

Attention High School Seniors. The School Counseling Office is partnering with Granite Edvance to bring you Apply NH Day on October 29th in the Shephard Auditorium. The application fee for all NH colleges and universities will be waived. Once you submit an application you will be entered to win a $500 scholarship! To sign up, look for the QR codes around campus. Sign up by Thursday, October 24th.
