Savings to Employers
The new legislation under Senate Bill 270 enables for-profit companies tax credit for being involved with a CTE Center in a VARIETY of ways. The tax rebate can be available for efforts, including hiring a CTE student, going back to July 1, 2022. As of 2022, a new program called Work! As Learning provides non-profit, not-for-profit, and for-profit companies a genuine credit for hiring ANY Pinkerton Academy student. Savings from Senate Bill 270 and the Work! As Learning program can be combined to offer even greater incentives.
For specific information surrounding Senate Bill 270 Tax Rebates, see Donation Form and Section 188E Document.
