The Pinkerton Players are presenting Antigone in Munich in the Stockbridge Theater this weekend! This play tells the true story of Sophie Scholl and the white rose society: a German resistance group during World War Two. Show times are tonight and Saturday @7pm and Sunday @2pm. Tickets are 15 dollars for the general public, but 5 dollars for students! Hope to see you there!  Book Club will be having their next meeting on Tuesday, October 31 after school in room 6-108A in the Freshman Building Media Center. This month, we are reading "Written in the Stars" by Alexandria Bellefleur. We are always looking for new members, so feel free to join, even if you did not read this month’s book.   Do you love Crocheting and are willing to share your crochet knowledge with others? The Saltmarsh library is looking for experienced students who crochet and are passionate and willing to teach others how to crochet during the Fall and Winter months. If you are interested, please visit the Saltmarsh library and scan the QR code on the recruiting flyers. If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Roddy.   Transfer Mentor Group members-- check your email for a pass to the meeting today.   Juniors- If you are an eligible NHS candidate with an unweighted GPA of 88.0 as of August, you received an email from Mrs. Lemire with all the information you need to apply.  There will be an optional information meeting on Thursday, November 2nd in the Academy Lecture Hall at 2:15 that goes over the application process in more depth.  All applications are due back no later to Mrs. Lemire than 2:30 on Friday, November 10th at 2:30. If you have any questions, stop by Room 430 or send Mrs. Lemire an email.   Informational meetings for winter sports teams will be held after school on Thursday, November 2nd. Check the Pinkerton website for information about where each team will be meeting.   This Sunday, October 29th, cheer competes at Concord High School at 11:00 am.   Girls soccer has their quarterfinal game at Timberlane at 12:00pm on Sunday.   Tomorrow, cross country competes at the Division 1 state meet at 10:00 am at Derryfield Park in Manchester.   Tonight, football plays at Manchester Central at 7:00pm  And volleyball has their quarterfinal game tonight at Bedford at 5:30pm.   Best of luck to all athletes competing this weekend!
