Good morning Astros! Here are this week’s announcements for athletics and clubs!
Seniors! If you are eligible for NHS Selection with an unweighted GPA of 88.0, you received an email from Mrs. Lemire. If you have any questions, please email or see Mrs. Lemire in Room 430. All senior application forms are due back no later than this Friday, October 13th at 2:30 p.m.
The Poetry Out Loud competition is returning to Pinkerton Academy! Poetry Out Loud is a national arts education program that encourages the study of great poetry by offering a dynamic recitation competition for high school students across the country. The competition starts at PA. Winners then may advance to a regional and state competition, and ultimately to the national finals. If you are interested in participating or want more information, sign up for FLEX on October 17th or 18th with Mrs. Marsden in room Z-432.
The Boys' Varsity Ice Hockey team is looking for managers for the upcoming season. Any PA students who are interested, please contact Coach Chabot at [email protected].
Today, golf competes in the NHIAA state championships at Canterbury Woods.
Today, at 4:00 pm, girls soccer plays Winnacunnet at home. And boys soccer plays tonight at Winnacunnet at 6:00pm.
Tomorrow, Wednesday October 11th, field hockey plays at Manchester Central highschool at 7:00pm.
Also tomorrow, volleyball plays Nashua South at home at 5:15pm.
Attention all students, please check your email and open the instructions for checking your class attendance. Your Flex teacher will review how to do this with you now.
