What is an apprenticeship?

Spraying Systems. Merrimack, NH. Responsibilities include being trained on all equipment; locating and pulling parts for jobs; ensuring products meet Spraying Systems standards and production schedules; learning to read blue prints; measuring equipment to maintain production tolerances; maintaining equipment by referring to maintenance manuals; maintaining a clean and safe work environment; participating in improvement programs, safety functions/meetings and support of the ISO 9001/14001.

  • The length of the program is two years, which includes a minimum of 576 hours of classroom instruction at Nashua Community College (NCC)
  • Openings are available for 2nd shift. On-the-job training will occur during first shift
  • Receive employer-paid instruction at NCC!
  • Instruction at NCC will begin after three months of employment
  • Following successful completion of the program, apprentices will continue their employment with Spraying Systems as fully qualified Machine Operators
