117 Students Inducted into the National Technical Honor Society
March 14th, 2025
The Pinkerton Academy Career and Technical Education Center proudly announces the induction of 117 students into the National Technical Honors Society (NTHS) for the 2024-2025 school year. These students were selected for their outstanding academic achievements, leadership qualities, and dedication to their Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs.
To qualify for NTHS, students must be in the final year of their CTE program (Level 2), maintain a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0 (85) by fall progress reports, achieve a grade of 90 or higher in their CTE program by fall progress reports, and maintain the highest standard of personal and professional conduct at all times.
“We are thrilled to recognize these students for their hard work and dedication to their CTE programs,” said CTE Director Jennifer Haskins. “Their dedication to their education and passion for their chosen pathways is truly inspiring, and we look forward to seeing what they accomplish in the future.”
Mr. Michael Perez, Associate Head of School, also addressed the inductees, commending their drive and commitment to excellence in pursuing their career aspirations. He reminded them to thank those who helped them along the way.
“We thank the families, faculty, and staff who have supported these students on their journey,” Mr. Perez said. “The lessons learned and skills developed through these courses will stay with the students throughout their lives and wherever their careers may take them.”
The National Technical Honors Society is the highest award for excellence in CTE education, and Pinkerton Academy is proud to have so many students recognized for their achievements.
These 117 students represent the best and brightest of Pinkerton Academy's CTE programs, and we congratulate them on their induction into the National Technical Honors Society.
