Washington D.C. Trip
About the Trip
Students participating in the Pinkerton Academy trip to Washington D.C. will have the unique opportunity to visit iconic landmarks such as the White House, the U.S. Capitol, and the Lincoln Memorial. They will also get to explore the Smithsonian museums, including the National Air and Space Museum, the National Museum of American History, the National Museum of Natural History, the Holocaust Museum and more. This educational trip will offer students the chance to witness the rich history and culture of the United States firsthand.

SIGN UP PROCESS:
STEP 1 - Registration - All parents and participants must fill out the registration form (linked at the bottom of the page). This registration form includes the Parental Consent & Release Form and the Health Information form.
STEP 2 - Pay Deposit - A $110 deposit is required to secure your spot on the trip. If the deposit is not paid by Friday December 6, 2024, we will open your spot up to another student on the wait list.
- Deposits are payable through MySchoolBucks. A link will be emailed to you after you complete the registration form.
STEP 3 - Payments - Once registrations close, you will receive a link to to pay the remaining $939 for the trip through Education Travel Consultants' payment system.
- Please note that the $1,049 pricing is based on 40 students registering for the trip. If we get more than this, then the cost will go down and you will be refunded the difference.
- If you sign up and pay but can no longer attend the trip, then refunds will only be issued if you cancel by March 26. Anyone who cancels after March 26 will not receive a refund.
This trip requires a minimum of 40 students to sign up in order to run. If we do not get 40 students, then the trip will not run and all payments will be refunded. There is a maximum of 48 students allowed on the trip. It is a first come, first serve basis, so we will take only the first 48 that sign up.
The last day to register for the trip is Friday December 6, 2024.
