Freshman School Counseling
The goal of the freshman counselors is to work with all freshmen to support their transition to high school for a successful year. School counselors also meet with all of their students to get to know them and encourage them to seek out the counseling office should they have questions or concerns regarding their social/personal, academic, or career-focused experience at school. The Freshman Counselor’s office is located in the Freshman Academy building, across from the Freshman Attendance office. There are four counselors dedicated the freshman program. Students in the PASSES program will work specifically with their PASSES counselor. However, at any time they may access the school counseling office for support.
