Weekly Update 3/15/2024

March 15th, 2024 by Mike Perez

Pinkerton Families and Friends,

Yesterday our Unified Basketball team took on the Varsity Boys team in a fundraiser for Make a Wish run by the Just Like Us club. It was a special event and a rare one in athletics where everyone truly won as they came together in a fun way that raised money for an important cause.

On Wednesday, I participated in a Senior Class meeting about Senirpalooza and other Senior class activities and events coming up.  I reminded the Class of 2024 that they have around 84 calendar days until graduation and roughly 54 academic days until graduation.  It is truly amazing that this school year is almost over.  I feel like it was yesterday I was standing in front of all of the classes introducing myself at the beginning of the year meetings.

Over the next several weeks we will be sending out information regarding the end of the year, Senior graduation information, and campus security / access control.  Please be on the lookout for any important updates.  Enjoy the upcoming nice weather (fingers crossed) and let's keep working to finish out the school year strong.
