Good afternoon,

With graduations and the exams behind us, the start of summer vacation is upon us! Here are some updates on all that’s happening on campus.

Building Project - The building project continues to be on time and budget. Since the last update, the MEP rough-ins are complete on the 3rd floor and the 3rd floor sprinkler install has started. Drywall is underway on all floors with painting as well. The steel entries are being installed and the brick facade is nearly completed on all sides of the building. Window and stair installations have begun. The mechanical shaft work has started at the top of the building and will be working toward the ground floor.

Calendar Change - There has been one change to next year’s calendar for the opening days. August 28th will now be our opening day for freshmen and sophomores, and August 29th will be the opening day for juniors and seniors. This change has been made 0n the calendar on the website. 

Construction on Campus / Main Office Relocation - Just a reminder from Mr. Perez’s email – the main office will be in with the health office in the Hackler Gymnasium this summer due to maintenance work being done in the Ek Science building. Throughout the summer there will be various projects on campus. Please check into the main office before heading into buildings on campus.

Summer Communications - We will continue with the monthly updates over the summer. We will also be sending out a communications survey later this week, and we look forward to hearing your feedback. The information for the start of the school year will come out in late July or early August.
